Ready to Begin? Start Your Therapy or Evaluation Journey Here
Roll for Initiative

If you’ve found your way here, you’ve likely explored my site and feel I could be a good fit for your therapy or evaluation needs.
Before moving forward, please note that teletherapy and virtual evaluation services are available only to clients physically located in Maryland at the time of service.
In-person sessions are offered in College Park, Maryland, and are available to those within reasonable driving distance, serving the broader DMV area including Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. My office is conveniently located near the DC Metro and MARC Train, making it easily accessible by public transit.
Parent consultations are available nationwide and worldwide through secure virtual sessions. I use secure, HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant systems to protect your privacy and ensure your personal data is handled with care.
Get Started
Step 1: Complete the Secure Information Form
Start by filling out the encrypted intake form below. It’s short, straightforward, and helps me understand what kind of support you’re looking for—whether that’s ongoing therapy, an autism or ADHD evaluation, or something you’re still figuring out. You don’t need to have all the answers to take this first step.
Step 2: I’ll Follow Up via Secure Encrypted Email
If I’m a good clinical fit and have space in my schedule, I’ll contact you through secure, HIPAA-compliant email with next steps. If I’m not currently accepting new clients, I’ll provide referral suggestions—and you can choose to join my waitlist for future openings.
Step 3: Begin the Quest
If we decide to move forward, I’ll give you access to the secure client portal where you will review and sign onboarding documents, including informed consent, privacy practices, financial agreement, the intake questionnaire, and any release of information forms you want included.
If you plan to use out-of-network insurance benefits, please check with your insurance provider before your first session to confirm your coverage and what documentation they require. I’m happy to provide superbills, but please let me know ahead of time—I’m unable to issue them retroactively.
Your first appointment will be a 60–75 minute intake session, designed to help us begin with intention, clarity, and connection.
Attendance & Cancellation Policy
When you schedule a therapy session, that time is reserved just for you. Because this time cannot be offered to someone else on short notice, appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee to the card on file. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be canceled and will also be charged in full.

Need to Talk First?
I know that reaching out for therapy—especially with someone new—can bring up a lot of questions. While a quick consultation call can seem like the best first step, it often doesn’t provide the clarity people are really looking for. That’s why I’ve made sure this site includes plenty of information to give you a grounded, thorough sense of how I work.
If you’ve looked through the site and still have questions, I’m happy to arrange a free 15-minute consultation call. Just complete the intake form below, mention that you’d like to talk, and I’ll follow up with next steps.
