Neuroaffirming Clinical Consultation for Providers
Neuroaffirming clinical consultation with Jenna Stone, LCSW-C — for providers working with complex presentations that don't fit the manual, and a system that keeps calling it the client's fault.
The clients who need the most support are often the hardest to serve within conventional frameworks. They don’t fit the diagnostic mold. They’ve been labeled noncompliant or treatment-resistant. Their presentations are complex, overlapping, and poorly served by an evidence base that was never built with them in mind.
If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
Jenna Stone, LCSW-C, offers neuroaffirming clinical consultation for therapists, dietitians, school counselors, and medical providers working at the intersection of neurodivergence, eating disorders, OCD, and care system harm. Whether you’re feeling stuck with a complex case, questioning a clinical framework that isn’t fitting, or trying to make your practice more affirming — this is a space to think it through.
WHERE THE HARD CASES LIVE
What We Can Work On Together
Consultation is available across a wide range of clinical and ethical territory, including:
- Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and PDA-informed care — including diagnostic assessment, differential considerations, and late-identified adults; twice-exceptional presentations; and demand-sensitive approaches across the lifespan
- Differential diagnosis and diagnostic complexity — untangling autism and ADHD from trauma, anxiety, personality presentations, mood disorders, and other conditions that mask, mimic, or co-occur; supporting accurate identification when prior assessments feel incomplete or off
- Eating disorders, ARFID, and OCD — especially co-occurring, atypical, or neurodivergent presentations that don’t respond to standard protocols
- PANS, PANDAS, and autoimmune encephalitis — navigating the intersection of neuroimmune illness and mental health
- Burnout, rigidity, and “treatment resistance” — reframing what these labels are actually telling us about fit, not failure
- Ethical tensions around autonomy, consent, and control — especially in higher-acuity or involuntary care contexts
- Making your practice more neurodivergent-affirming, anti-oppressive, and anti-carceral — across modalities, documentation, and care relationships
If you’ve found yourself labeling a client as “noncompliant,” “treatment-resistant,” or “not motivated” — that’s a signal worth pausing on. Let’s unpack it together.
ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT
Individual Consultation
Clinical work is nuanced. It doesn’t always follow manuals. And most of us weren’t trained for the presentations that are now walking through our doors — or logging on to our telehealth platforms.
Individual consultation with Jenna offers 1:1 space to reflect, get unstuck, and think through the gray areas with someone who understands both the clinical complexity and the systemic pressures you’re working against.
Your rate is my rate.
You set the number. Jenna matches it.
You work within a system that underpays some clinicians and overcompensates others — often along lines of race, gender, geography, and setting. A flat consultation fee can’t account for any of that. So this one doesn’t try.
Instead, Jenna’s consultation rate mirrors yours. A school-based counselor and a private practice therapist shouldn’t pay the same amount for the same hour. This model redistributes that gap without requiring anyone to justify or document their situation.
If you’re in community mental health, a school, or another chronically underpaid role, pay what you can — even if that’s just a virtual coffee. You deserve support too. That’s not a disclaimer. It’s the point.
Payment is due at the time of service via Venmo or Paypal.
COHORT-BASED LEARNING
Group Consultation — Coming Soon
Group consultation is in development: a collaborative, non-hierarchical space for providers to slow down, think out loud, and work through complex clinical questions together — especially the ones our training didn’t prepare us for.

- Accessible — $15 | Agency, school-based, or community mental health settings
- Standard — $35 | Group private practice or hybrid roles
- Pay-It-Forward — $55 | Private practice owners or those with financial flexibility
