Assessment Fees
Evaluation services at Side Quest Psychotherapy are private pay, conducted by Jenna Stone, LCSW-C, and billed via IvyPay — all major credit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards accepted. Evaluations are not billed to insurance and superbills are not available for evaluation services. Payment plans are available if paying upfront isn’t possible; reach out before booking and we’ll figure out an arrangement that works.

PAYMENT PLANS
Evaluations shouldn't be out of reach
We know this is a significant investment. It reflects the reality of the work — a multi-session clinical process, a comprehensive assessment battery, and a report that requires substantial time and expertise. Our pricing is designed to sustain this level of care, not to exclude people.
If paying in full isn’t feasible, we offer payment plans spread over 3 or 6 months. Just reach out before booking and we’ll set something up that fits your situation — no judgment, no need to explain why.
If cost is a barrier, you can say that directly. We’d much rather find a way to make this accessible than have you delay getting answers.
A NOTE ON INSURANCE
Why evaluations aren't covered by insurance
Neurodevelopmental evaluations at Side Quest Psychotherapy are private pay — superbills are not provided and evaluations are not billed to insurance.
Insurance reimbursement for psychological testing is determined by specific CPT billing codes (such as 96130/96131 and related codes). These codes are defined around formal test administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized cognitive and performance-based measures — including IQ testing, academic testing, and attention tasks — none of which are components of the neuroaffirming evaluation process at Side Quest Psychotherapy.
