Coaching Fees
Recovery coaching at Side Quest Psychotherapy works on a weekly retainer model. Rather than paying per session, you retain Marissa Adams, IEDS — her availability and support for the full week: your session, your texting support, and her held presence. The retainer is the same every week, including your first. No separate intake fee. No surprise charges.
Coaching is not therapy and is not billable to insurance. Payment is due weekly through IvyPay, which accepts all major credit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards.
WEEKLY RETAINER
What's Included Every Week
Your weekly retainer covers your core support for that week. The first week includes your intake session and Coaching Plan creation; every week after that includes your 30-minute session. Texting support runs throughout — the scope and rhythm are shaped together at intake so it actually fits your life.

Either or both add-ons can be included in any given week — each is available independently for +$100/week.
Weekend Support
Weekends can be the hardest stretch. This add-on wraps yours with two short bookend check-ins — one to look back, one to look ahead.

Boost Session
Sometimes one session isn't quite enough. A Boost Session adds a full 30-minute check-in during the week — extra support right when you need it.

How the Retainer Works
Ending the coaching relationship
When you're ready to wrap up, we ask for two weeks' notice so there's time to plan your Closeout Session together. The retainer continues through those final two weeks. Ending with intention — not just stopping — is part of how we do things here. You've done real work, and it deserves a real closing.
Pausing or taking a break
Life happens. If you need to step away for a stretch, reach out to Marissa directly. The retainer holds your spot week to week — if you're planning time away, you and Marissa will figure out what makes sense together.
